MARSCHALEK ART MANAGEMENT is a communication agency based in Vienna and
founded in 2020 by art historian and cultural manager Paula Marschalek.

As a specialist in communication, we at Marschalek Art Management focus on creative, new,
and versatile ways to connect people to contemporary art, artists, culture, and other
projects in the creative sector.

We offer classical PR methods, such as press mailings, media cooperation, and special events.
As social media has revolutionized the way the art world does the internet, a major part of
our work is developing strategies and content for/on social media, especially Instagram.
We also gained experience in project management, offer consulting sessions regarding the art
business as well as writing specific texts. Through our holistic approach, we aim to inspire
people and develop strong stories together with our clients.

PAULA MARSCHALEK

Founder of Marschalek Art Management

Paula Marschalek, BA MAS is an Austrian art historian and cultural manager.

She studied History of Art at the University of Vienna and continued her education at the University of Applied Arts where she graduated with a Master’s degree in Arts and Cultural Management. She has worked in renowned art institutions such as the Dorotheum and the Kunsthistorisches Museum, has gained experience in the art market as a Communication Manager at Galerie Rudolf Leeb, and from September 2019 to March 2020 she completed a cultural management scholarship at the MAK Center in Los Angeles, USA.
She writes on a freelance basis for magazines that focus on art and culture, curates exhibitions and moderates.

2020 she has co-founded JOMO – Joy of Missing Out, a dialogue and networking format, and C/20 – Association for international curatorial practice.
