MARSCHALEK ART MANAGEMENT is a communication agency based in Vienna and
founded in 2020 by art historian and cultural manager Paula Marschalek.

As a specialist in communication, we at Marschalek Art Management focus on creative, new,
and versatile ways to connect people to contemporary art, artists, culture, and other
projects in the creative sector.

We offer classical PR methods, such as press mailings, media cooperation, and special events.
As social media has revolutionized the way the art world does the internet, a major part of
our work is developing strategies and content for/on social media, especially Instagram.
We also gained experience in project management, offer consulting sessions regarding the art
business as well as writing specific texts. Through our holistic approach, we aim to inspire
people and develop strong stories together with our clients.


We work with collections, art-specific associations, galleries, international networks, artists, and cultural workers.

Paula Marschalek, BA MAS is an Austrian art historian, cultural manager and founder of the communication agency Marschalek Art Management.

She studied History of Art at the University of Vienna and continued her education at the University of Applied Arts where she graduated with a Master’s degree in Arts and Cultural Management. She has worked in renowned art institutions such as the Dorotheum and the Kunsthistorisches Museum, has gained experience in the art market as a Communication Manager at Galerie Rudolf Leeb, and from September 2019 to March 2020 she completed a cultural management scholarship at the MAK Center in Los Angeles, USA.
She writes on a freelance basis for magazines that focus on art and culture, curates exhibitions and moderates.

2020 she has co-founded JOMO – Joy of Missing Out, a dialogue and networking format, and C/20 – Association for international curatorial practice.

Isabella Fürst, BA is an Austrian graphic designer, designer and ceramist.

Through her training as a graphic designer, at die Graphische, she early gained a sense of composition and design. She holds a degree in design, crafts and material culture from NDU St. Pölten. In the course of her studies, she discovered her passion for ceramics and has been pursuing this direction ever since. In addition to craft work, she also enjoys illustration and painting.

Isabella supports Marschalek Art Management in many projects by creating graphic designs such as press kits, press releases, booklets, invitations but also social media content.
